There are three levels of partnerships at PDK- certified, gold, and platinum. As a PDK certified partner, you can begin installing and configuring PDK systems for customers. All PDK certified partners and above have access to 24/7 award-winning support, extended warranties, advanced RMAs, and exclusive tiered IO pricing. Our partners also benefit, because they help determine the PDK roadmap.

What Does it Take to Become a Certified ProdataKey Partner?
Becoming a certified partner involves a few simple steps to ensure businesses have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to customers. First, there needs to be a registered pdk.io account, which can be completed on prodatakey.com/request.
From there, dealers complete the PDK certification program which includes both technical and sales training. The program covers various aspects of PDK solutions, including products, installation, and troubleshooting.
Once a certified partner installs their 12th PDK system in a year, they become a gold partner. At this level, a partner gets all the special benefits of being certified plus, an increased extended warranty (4 years) and every 13th system is free.
PDK dedicates large resources to generating outside interest in our products to generate leads and to help dealers grow their business. Gold partners and above have exclusive access to those priority leads.
To qualify as a platinum level partner, a dealer completes the certification program and installs 24 or more PDK systems in a year. As a platinum-tier ProdataKey partner, dealers get an additional year of the extended warranty (5 years) and advanced access to our support team.
On the baseline, ProdataKey has industry-leading support, answering 80% of calls within 20 seconds. However, platinum partners benefit from the priority support queue, allowing them to resolve issues at an even higher, faster level.
